Refund policy

We offer a 30-day guarantee from the date of delivery. If you're not happy with your order, we'll make it right.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong thing, we'll provide a free replacement or full refund. No questions asked.

Sizing Issues Since all items are made-to-order specifically for each customer, we're unable to offer free exchanges on sizing. However, if you need a different size, email us within 30 days and we'll send you a 40% discount code for a replacement order. You keep the original.

Pro tip: Check the size chart on each product page before ordering. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

Changed Your Mind? If you wish to return an item for any other reason, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Refunds are issued minus return shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee to cover production.
